Try Out Anis Nabilah’s Spiced Golden Snapper Recipe!

Not many people know how to prepare dishes using fish as the main menu, but we found this amazing recipe shared by renowned Malaysian chef Anis Nabilah on her Instagram explaining how to to make Roasted Spiced Golden Snapper!

We believe this is worth a try!

According to her post, Anis decided to roast the fish because they are very fresh and didn’t need that many ingredients to make them delicious!

She even used duck fat for that extra flavor, and as she said in her post, it turned out phenomenal!

Anis also mentioned that the recipe works great with seabass, barramundi, grouper, and red snapper too!

Roasted Spiced Fish

Ingredients:
1/2 lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
4 tablespoons duck/chicken fat
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon roasted garam masala
1 tablespoon chili flakes
Sea salt
Crushed black pepper
1 whole lemon, sliced
Spring onion
Cherry tomatoes

Method:
1. Heat oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Marinate fish with lemon juice, spices, and duck or chicken fat. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Place marinated fish on a roasting pan and add vegetables.

4. Roast fish in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of your fish. Sprinkle chopped coriander before serving!
