Hot on the heels of achieving wild success from their app ‘BTS World’, a mobile simulation game that lets fans virtually become the K-pop group’s manager, comes another BTS update for the ARMY to keep up with.
The latest thread in the tapestry of the Bangtan Boys’ career comes in the form of their newest feature, Bring The Soul: The Movie, set to hit theatres worldwide this coming August 7. Between their mobile game, new music, performances across the globe these boys sure won’t stop ‘til they get enough!
The film, which will arrive just about six months after the group’s last film ‘Love Yourself in Seoul’, echoes a similar theme which was a mixture of live performances, candid footage, interviews and clips of the boys playing tourists. This would be their third feature length film in two years, with the first one being Burn The Stage: The Movie in 2018.
Now, Bring The Soul: The Movie follows the journey of the band during the final days of their ‘Love Yourself’ tour in Europe when the global icons had performed through 24 concerts in 12 cities. It was noted that the filmmakers promised of never-heard-before anecdotes of the band which comprises of Suga, Jin, RM, Jimin, V, J-Hope and Jungkook.
Distributed by Trafalgar Releasing, its CEO Marc Allenby said in a press statement: “The ARMYs are truly a community, and we are excited to bring them together for an all-new BTS experience in cinemas worldwide.”
Tickets will be on sale from the official film website (www.BringTheSoulTheMovie.com) beginning Wednesday, July 3. Fans are encouraged to sign-up for updates regarding tickets, participating theaters and more information.
